5.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym or through other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

5.2 Account Security

6.1 Payment Methods

The following general bonus rules apply across all offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated bonus validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Maximum bet during bonus — while a bonus is active, bets must not exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the offer terms (commonly PKR 500 per spin or per event). Bets exceeding this limit while using bonus funds may void the bonus and related winnings.

• Cool-off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period without permanent account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account to all gambling activity. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;

All content on the 777tp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, page layouts, user interface designs, data compilations and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777tp or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Modifying, adapting or creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Using any Platform content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party;

This limitation includes, but is not limited to, damages or losses arising from:

• Interruptions, delays or unavailability of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate security;
• Any betting or wagering decisions made on the basis of information presented on the Platform;
• Legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue or business opportunity.

777tp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any information on the Platform. All Platform content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered and licensed. 777tp does not claim any license issued by any Pakistani governmental or regulatory body.
